canning like a pro

P.S. I am at work, by myself in the office for the afternoon (have to work Saturday because it's Homecoming Weekend and all ten million alumni -alumnus - alumneese? are here) and I just came from Sarah's grandmother Meme's home where we are making apple butter and concord grape jam. My fingers smell like Welch's grape juice and are vaguely purple - yum. I am hoping to bring at least my itouch so that I can have a few pictures of the beautiful jars and fruity fingers.
