I am ready for the first week to be over, to settle into a routine. Snow is on the forecast for tomorrow, which I am (what?) thrilled about. As nice as the weather has been - a warm and sunny January in Chicago is Not Normal. I doodled this little girl for you in New Testament (while taking notes on the history of the study of the New Testament) - this is my face most mornings (not so much my glorious hair). Lately, 1 in 5 days are good hair days, and the rest are a bit of a struggle. And the good hair days are so wonderful! Maybe another half inch from now it will play nice?
