busy weekend

A three-day weekend of parks and frozen lakes, late night tacos, rain, snow, wii, oatmeal cookies, movies with family, a play, artist supplies, a new pen, thai food, bitter chocolate ice cream and now studying for the coming week. Listening to "Juke Box Hero." Remembering when I first listened to the song with my brother and thinking it was so cool that we both liked it. It's been a favorite ever since.

Bought a beat up six string

in a second hand store

didn't know how to play it

but he knew for sure

that one guitar

felt good in his hands . . .
