Sitting at the Island table in my Tante's kitchen, checking my ebay, email, tumblr and facebook to make sure I don't miss things like finding out that my little sister got into the first on her list of colleges (cough cough I had to find that detail out from my cousin).
The family is scattered between Arkansas (me and my brother) the Sierra-Nevadas (my grandparents, aunt and uncle) and good old Mount Hermon, California (sister, mother, father). So I am looking forward to having everyone together at Christmas. Still, it is lovely to be in a home, lovely to be with family (I am forcing my brother into some pictures with me this afternoon) and lovely to be in 70 degree weather.
