Well, for the first time in a long time my parents and sister are coming for the weekend! There will be baking and going out to eat and adventures in Chicago and, of course, tickets to the Talent Show at Wheaton tonight (which is always so, so good).
So I sit at work, warmly dressed in leggings and boots and a tailored flannel because it dropped to FREEZING last night (first big chill) and looks like it is only going to drop this weekend. I am itching to bike back to the apartment, but will be patient until they get here later this morning.

On another note, due to midterms and forgotten papers and piles of reading and insanity, I realize that I have practically not blogged at all in weeks. She's back, folks! And a few of her favorite things are:
