2 sheets of frozen puff pastry
1 jar of fig jam or fig butter
1/2 cup of fresh chevre, broken into pieces
a few slices of prosciutto, shredded into pieces
Preheat the oven to 400 F, butter a cookie sheet and roll out puff pastry. Spread a layer of fig jam on the puff pastry, as you would pizza sauce on a pizza. Sprinkle prosciutto and goat cheese generously across. Bake 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry corners are golden brown.
Serve on a platter, best eaten in slices with your hands and strong, black iced coffee on a polka dot tablecloth.
