those loafers

Or are they smoking slippers? Mine aren't velvet, they're leather with a brocade top, so I'm not sure what to call them. BUT I love them and am wearing them with cuffed jeans or (above) with thick cotton tights I stole from my sister and my oversized Ukrainian pea coat. I've seen them all over recently but didn't think I would buy a pair since the trend will be out lickedy-split, but then I found these! I especially love the ladybug on the front of this pair.
