Two pairs of new loafers (but really old, like 40s or 50s old) one free, one $6.00, and one free pair of brand new l.l. bean duck boots yesterday. That amounts to three wonderful pairs of shoes for a very p'tit prix. Too many coffees, papers, and pieces of gum in the last few days. Too few hours of sleep.
I love the green ones. Keep em they are useful and beautiful. Had a pair of the penny loafers myself during college days, they helped me cover lots of territory, but were slippery in the snow and on the ice. ma
